By downloading, installing, or using the DailyHistory mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
DailyHistory offers premium features via auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
3. Content & IP
All historical data, text, graphics, logos, and software are the property of DailyHistory and are protected by international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
4. EULA Disclaimer
This app follows the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). You acknowledge that these terms are between you and DailyHistory, not Apple.
5. Limitation of Liability
DailyHistory provides historical information for educational and entertainment purposes. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in historical records or for any damages resulting from the use of the application.
